Equipment: Olympus OM2 and Seagull

Olympus OM2/SP

I own this SLR-camera since the middle of the 80ties. It has nice features such as spot measurement (that means, only a selected area of the entire field of view is used to determine the exposure settings). It can be operated without batteries which comes in handy for astronomy.

I mainly use three lenses with it: a) 28-70mm ZOOM, b) 70-210mm and c) 50 mm fixed. All three of them have good optics and can be used for astronomy.

Seagull

Well, chinese products ... normally I try to buy products which save our own jobs. But this time I couldn't resist and bought a chinese copy of the small Minolta SLR. At least the lens I use with it is an original Minolta part. Most of the time I use the camera with M42 lenses, anyway. I have a number of such lenses ranging from 35mm up to 1000 mmm
